Die katholische Kindertagesstätte Edith Stein bietet einen Lebensraum für Kinder, in dem sie in ihrer Würde und Einzigartigkeit geachtet und gestärkt werden. Die verschiedenen Gruppenprofile sind das Ergebnis einer bildungsintensiven Pädagogik. Sie stärken die Lernfreude des Kindes und tragen zur positiven Entwicklungsförderung bei. Unterschiedliche pädagogische Schwerpunkte bieten ein Schulvorbereitungsprogramm, das die Edith Stein- Kindertagesstätte zu einem vielseitigen Bildungshaus für Kinder macht.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Eltern und Erzieherinnen wird als fortlaufender Prozess verstanden, der eine regelmäßige, gegenseitige Information über die Entwicklung des Kindes beinhaltet und darauf aufbauend eine auf jedes Kind zugeschnittene Entwicklungsförderung zum Ziel hat. So ergänzen sich Kindertagesstätte und Elternarbeit. Wir bieten ein Klima, das offen ist für Ideen und kreative Zusammenarbeit.
Unser Mitarbeiterteam hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Kinder in allen Bereichen umfassend zu stärken und zu fördern. Our Catholic Nursery School Edith Stein builds an environment for children to be encouraged and respected in their individuality and dignity.
Every group within the school has a unique identity which is the result of the advanced training and qualifications of the staff. Teachers encourage fun in learning and new experiences and are conducive to the positive process of developement. Different core areas build a great preparation for school and makes our nursery school a home of learning.
Communication between parents and teachers is continuous and it includes exchange of information about the child and his developement on a regular basis to find the best way to encourage the positive developement of each unique child. This is the best way for the parents and the nursery school to complete each other in the support of the children. We are open to new ideas and to creative cooperation.
One of the main targets of our staff is to strengthen and advance children in all areas of development to the best of their ability.
There is continual improvement of running processes as a result of staff undergoing professional development regularly. This gives staff the opportunity to develop a unique identity as a teacher and reinforces their high motivation.
